The Essential Tools for Team Building Web Course.

In this program you will engage with other learners to participate in the team building activities. These activities are designed to encourage participation and leadership while developing the essential tools of team building. In your web program you will receive hands-on interactive learning projects, personal coaching, group feedback while learning the essential skills of teambuilding. Some of the strategies of this course are to provide participants with:

The ability to lead groups and understand the essential skills of communication and leadership required to facilitate team projects.

The confidence to implement a shared vision with goals and action plans.

The ability to use problem solving and team dynamics to efficiently implement and manage projects.

Your team will have experienced both challenge and success bonding as a team and will leave the program with the tools to communicate effectively within your team and with others outside the team.

We believe that teambuilding challenges need to be unique and be tied back to the individual and the work place. The program starts with a communication workshop. You will leave with the tools to communicate effectively with others.

Participants in this workshop build competency in Communication; Leadership; Teamwork; and Vision. By the end of this program you will have experienced both challenge and success of creating a team.

The course provides a safe environment in which all participants participate equally. The team exercises help to: break down barriers that inhibit effective teamwork; experience leadership in action; discover how to lead by actions; learn the importance of developing good processes; observe the effects of individual contributions to the group product; and understand the importance and meaning of various styles of communication.
