LMS integrates with Human Resources


LMS can integrate with HR to keep employee training data with the employees record.

This integrated approach allows a LMS to retrofit training modules according to what the employee was hired to do for the company. When a LMS is implemented, tailoring the program with your existing HR requirements is a critical element for employee evaluation and performance improvement.
